Job summary

Complete Care at Monmouth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to lead nursing staff on assigned shifts in a supportive, family‑like environment. The role requires an active New Jersey RN license and a nursing degree, with preference for 1 year in long‑term care or subacute settings.

The position offers full-time hours on 3‑11p or 11‑7a shifts, every other weekend, and a comprehensive benefits package with potential for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift and monitor medication distribution and other patient care tasks.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident families as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties per local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
