Job summary

Complete Care at Monmouth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in New Jersey. You will administer medications and treatments per care plans, while upholding dignity, trust, and excellence in every interaction with residents.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time roles and $1,200 for part-time positions, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active NJ LPN license is required.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders and care plan.
• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care.
• Follow local, state, and federal guidelines.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license

• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required

• Administer medication and perform treatments, as assigned per physician’s orders, in accordance with resident’s care plan and within scope of practice

• Accurately report and record residents’ condition and care including signs and symptoms which can be indicative of change

• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
