Job summary

Complete Care at Green Knoll is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team in a warm, patient-centered environment.

We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities with competitive pay of $36.00–$48.00 per hour, along with benefits including health insurance, a 401(k), PTO, tuition reimbursement, and shift differentials to reward

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey LPN license.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, subacute or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes to the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional resident care.
• Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Following all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
