Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) for Manchester Commons in Erie, PA. The role is part‑time, hourly, with evenings and nights, offering starting pay between $30.50 and $41.50 per hour depending on shift and experience.

As part of Manchester Commons, you will coordinate clinical and administrative nursing needs, lead neighborhood teams, and deliver high-quality resident care through assessment, planning, organizing and evaluating nursing interventions.

Qualifications

• RN license from the State of PA.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management.
• Desire to contribute to a compassionate, resident-focused culture and interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing neighborhood activities and be accountable for clinical and administrative needs.
• Implement nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating interventions.
• Motivate and direct team members to ensure quality resident care and adherence to nursing philosophy.
• Support residents, families, and staff to maintain a caring, safe environment.

Starting Pay: $30.50/hour - $41.50/hour; depending on shift and experience

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the clinical and administrative needs of the neighborhood(s). Coordinates and is accountable for the activities of the nursing neighborhood(s). Implements nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing interventions. Motivates and directs team members to ensure conformity with nursing philosophy and objectives to attain quality resident care.
