Job summary

Aria Nursing & Rehab is seeking an LPN to oversee and coordinate resident care across assigned shifts, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. This role provides clinical supervision to CNAs and ensures continuity of care for residents and families.

The position requires 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care, and a current LPN license with CPR certification. Competitive benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs/STNAs and other staff delivering direct care.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to match resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Prepare work assignments and adjust for staffing levels and resident safety.
• Handle staffing-related calls and arrange replacements as needed.
• Transfer employees among units per staffing demands.
• Complete performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
• Adjust breaks and resolve staff concerns.
• Apply independent judgment in line with company policies and applicable laws.

This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
