Aria Nursing & Rehab in Michigan is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee resident care on assigned shifts under the direction of the Director of Nursing. You will supervise CNAs/STNAs, coordinate daily assignments, and ensure continuity of care while maintaining regulatory compliance.

You will participate in evaluations, communicate with residents and families, and support a collaborative team dedicated to high-quality long-term care.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license.
• CPR certification (or CPR cert within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed.

• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns.
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and laws.
