Job summary

Willowbrook Manor in Michigan is seeking an LPN to provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The role supervises CNAs/STNAs, ensures continuity of care, and acts as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state
• CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
• 1-2 years nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
