Ciena Healthcare in Michigan seeks an LPN Supervisor to oversee resident care on assigned shifts, ensuring continuity and regulatory compliance. You will provide clinical supervision to CNAs/STNAs and serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff.
The role includes planning and directing work, evaluating performance, and coordinating staffing to meet resident needs. Minimum 1–2 years of long-term care nursing experience is preferred, with an active LPN license and CPR certification.
