Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking an LPN to provide focused, one-on-one pediatric home health care in the home setting. You will work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver skilled nursing services with stability and support.

You will value meaningful patient relationships, clear direction, and the safety of the care environment, including PPE and CDC-aligned practices. This role emphasizes consistency and trust with families.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license or multistate license is required.
• TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test is required.
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person) is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home health nursing with RN oversight.
• Deliver skilled nursing care focusing on safety, accuracy, and patient comfort.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure clear care plans.
• Support families with education and responsive communication.
