Job summary

Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time night shifts (3x12s). A sign-on bonus is available. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, collaborate with the care team, monitor patient conditions, and assist with discharge planning to ensure safe transitions.

Qualifications

• Certification: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• One year of previous experience preferred.
• Active Wisconsin or compact state LPN license required; relocation requires license update to PSOR before employment.
• IV Certification highly preferred or must obtain within 6 months of start.

Responsibilities

What we are looking for:
