Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital - St. Louis is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Rehabilitation unit on a full-time night shift.

You will provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, coordinating with families, and assisting with discharge planning to ensure safe transitions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current MO licensure.
• Mandatory CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in rehabilitative or acute care setting.
• Leadership ability or demonstrated coordination of clinical personnel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with patients, families, and our interdisciplinary care team to create personalized care plans

Qualifications And Requirements

• Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state, BSN preferred.
• Mandatory child and adult abuse certificate required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care setting and/or demonstrates leadership ability.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills, in English with additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required.

Additional Requirements Include

• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is located on North Outer Forty Road in Chesterfield, in western St. Louis County, near Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
