Job summary

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital - St. Louis seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our rehabilitation team on the Night shift.

You will deliver direct and indirect patient care, coordinate with families and the care team, and monitor changes in patient conditions to support safe transitions. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and dedication to high-quality rehab care, with opportunities for professional development and involvement in discharge planning and patient

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state, BSN preferred.
• Mandatory child and adult abuse certificate required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in rehabilitative or acute care setting and/or demonstrates leadership ability.
• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Qualifications and requirements:

• Graduate of accredited registered nurse program with current licensure in the state, BSN preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate, evaluate and direct activities of clinical personnel; effective oral and written communication skills, in English with additional languages preferred; proficiency in basic computer skills required.
• Additional requirements include:
• CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.
• CRRN Preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital is located on North Outer Forty Road in Chesterfield, in western St. Louis County, near Mercy Hospital St. Louis.
