Job summary

The Greens at Lincolnton in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an LPN or RN to provide direct nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure residents receive high-quality clinical care and compassion daily.

You will have opportunities for growth, mentorship, and a supportive leadership team, with a strong focus on resident-centered care and teamwork. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with 8-hour shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN or RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing exceptional resident care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment.
