Shift Type: Full-time Day Shift and PRN Day and Night Shift available.

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in coordination with healthcare team members.
• Administer medications and record treatments, reporting adverse reactions as per policy.
• Educate patients on surgical procedures.
• Record medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment; interpret electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective actions for adverse symptoms.
• Provide bedside care for various medical patients, including pre- and post-surgery.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs.
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Manage time effectively.
• Accurately record all care information in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on the setting.

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN license in the state.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
