Regency at Grand Blanc is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to oversee and coordinate resident care on assigned shifts under the Director of Nursing. The role provides clinical supervision to CNAs/STNAs and ensures continuity of care with compliance to regulations.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice in Michigan.
• CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
• 1–2 years nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs/STNAs and coordinate resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care.
• Plans and directs work to meet resident needs and staffing capabilities.
• Prepares assignments and adjusts for staffing levels and resident safety.
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed.
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands.
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns.
• Use independent judgment in line with policies and laws.

USD 12,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time / USD 6,000 Sign-On Bonus for Part-Time

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing, overseeing and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policy under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing/designee. This role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants, ensures continuity of care, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.
