Job summary

Sayville Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Bayport, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our renewed approach to skilled nursing. You will provide direct resident care in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, coordinate with the care team, and support family education.

The position offers hourly compensation up to $42 with opportunities to advance and work with a collaborative team. A current LPN license is required, and prior LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate with health care staff.
