Job summary

Sayville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Selden, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. You will provide direct resident care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, with duties including IV medication administration and vital sign monitoring.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license and is prepared to collaborate with physicians, NPs, families and a care team, while supervising CNAs. Salary is up to $42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.

Responsibilities
