Job summary

Sayville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team. You will provide skilled nursing care to residents on our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, and participate in care planning with the team.

You will administer medications, including IVs where appropriate, and monitor vital signs to report outcomes to the medical team. You’ll educate residents and families and coordinate with physicians and other health

Qualifications

• Current LPN license required.
• Experience in SNF or LTC preferred.
• Must be able to work with residents and families in a compassionate manner.
