Job summary

Luxor at Sayville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in New York’s Village of Ocean Beach is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing skilled nursing team. The role focuses on direct resident care in the SNF and LTC units, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.

You will work under the supervision of our Administrator and Director of Nursing, collaborating with physicians, NPs, families and CNAs to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license valid in NY.
• Experience in SNF/Long Term Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled and Long-Term Care Units.
• Administer medications, including IVs as applicable.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families and coordinate with care team.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
