Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr in Zephyrhills, FL is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time and part-time shifts. Walk-in interviews are available Monday–Thursday 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at 38250 A Ave, Zephyrhills, FL 33542.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State of Florida is required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two years nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.
