Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple shifts at our Zephyrhills, FL location. We offer full-time and part-time roles with hourly pay and walk-in interviews to welcome qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• LPN license required in Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Adherence to infection control and center policies.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
• Identify and report abnormal changes in residents’ condition.

Shifts Available:

• Full-Time and Part-Time 7am - 3pm
• Full-Time and Part-Time 3 pm - 11 pm
• Part-Time 11pm - 7am

Monday – Thursday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
