Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr in Zephyrhills, FL is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple shifts. Walk-in interviews are available Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a mission to provide top-quality care for residents.

Join a dedicated team committed to compassionate, personalized care. LPNs will handle admissions, medications, and care planning while adhering to center policies and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy.

• Full-Time and Part-Time 7am - 3pm
• Full-Time and Part-Time 3 pm - 11 pm
• Part-Time 11pm - 7am
