Job summary

Solaris HealthCare Forest Lake is hiring full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for day and night shifts on-site in Florida. You will provide patient care, administer medications, and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to support residents’ recovery and well-being.

Experience as an LPN, active Florida licensure, and CPR certification are required; two years of nursing experience is preferred. Competitive benefits and shift differentials apply, with daily pay options available.

• CPR certification required for clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Follow infection control, emergency and center policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Identify and report changes in residents’ condition per policy.
