Solaris HealthCare Forest Lake in Apopka, FL is hiring full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a compassionate care team. Responsibilities include admissions, medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed by the State.
• CPR Certification required.
• Two Years prior nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
• Medication administration
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
