Solaris HealthCare Plant City is hiring full-time LPNs to provide compassionate care to residents at 701 N Wilder Rd., Plant City, FL 33566. Eligible candidates enjoy benefits including health, dental & vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, and uniform provisions.

Responsibilities

• Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents.
• Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians.
• Medication administration.
• Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies.
• Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
• Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition.
