Description

Regency Home HealthCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! We have a need for nursing care in each of our group settings: Maplewood, Roseville, & Vadnais Heights. A perk of this role is flexible scheduling and a supportive small team atmosphere. The RN or LPN is responsible for caring for clients with high medical needs in a home setting. Represent the company’s values while maintaining a professional working relationship with others. Perform hands-on care for medically complex clients in their home. Advocate for clients and assist them in achieving their goals and independence. Provide overall care coordination and play an active role in the client’s healthcare team. Work in a group setting but on a one-on-one dynamic. Hands-on training provided in a supportive atmosphere. We have a full range of cases with differing ages & complexities - we will help find the perfect fit for you!

Requirements/Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Hold current RN/LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• REQUIRED: Hold current CPR certification
• HIGHLY PREFERRED: Home health care/public health, trach, G-tube, and/or ventilator experience
• Demonstrate consistent integrity, good judgment, and initiative

COMPENSATION

*Employees earn a $150 bonus for every three weekend shifts worked - equivalent to $6.00 more per hour.

RN = $37.00-$38.00/hour

LPN = $27.75-$28.75/hour
