Regency Home HealthCare seeks dedicated RN or LPNs for multiple Minnesota locations (Maplewood, Roseville, Vadnais Heights). Roles include weekend and weekday shifts with flexible scheduling in small, supportive teams. Provide hands-on nursing care in clients’ homes, coordinate care, and support patient independence.

Qualifications

• Current MN RN or LPN license is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Home health care/public health, trach, G-tube, or ventilator experience preferred.
• Demonstrate integrity, good judgment, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients’ wellbeing and provide social support in a safe environment.
• Perform medical treatments and monitor progress, communicating with supervisors and doctors.
• Schedule, attend, and follow up on medical appointments.
• Order and track supplies, equipment, and medications for clients.
• Maintain a positive, professional environment and promote teamwork.
• Follow guidelines and stay compliant with documentation and policies.
