Job summary

The Lutheran Home Association is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our care team in a nursing home setting. We offer full-time, part-time, intermittent and on-call positions with flexible schedules.

Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for full-time and up to $8,000 for part-time; 12-hour premium pay of $6/hour on top of base wage, with options for 8- or 12-hour shifts and weekend work.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, unencumbered LPN license.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a nursing home.
• Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, intermittent and on-call options.
• 12-hour shifts with premium pay: earn an extra $6/hour on top of base wage and 3 shifts/week including every other weekend.

Attending classes during the day? Night owl? We work with your schedule to meet your needs. Flexible schedules These can include:

• full-time days or overnights
• part-time days, evenings or overnights
• 8 or 12 hour shift options
• Intermittent positions: 32-48 hours a month
• On-call Positions available as well - Minimum of 20 hours/month

12-HOUR PREMIUM PAY POSITION - Earn $6/hour on top of base wage!

• 3 twelve-hour shifts/week to include every other weekend (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am)
• Receive an additional $6/hour on top of your base wage!!
