Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Fenton, MO is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) who value resident care and a supportive workplace. We welcome walk-ins and offer competitive pay, daily pay, and full-time benefits.

The role requires MO LPN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and strong interpersonal and clinical skills. While SNF experience is preferred, candidates without it are encouraged to apply as training is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license in Missouri (required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required).
• 2+ years of SNF experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in a safe, clean environment.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Accurately document care, medication administration, and changes in condition.
• Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
