Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Fenton, MO is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. We value nurses who provide compassionate care, accurate documentation, and collaborative support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Missouri required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• 2+ years SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in a safe, clean environment.
• Monitor residents health and administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Document care, medication administration, and changes in condition.
• Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring safety protocols.
• Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.

Position Requirements:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
