Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to residents. This full-time role requires an active Missouri LPN license and a current CPR/BLS certification; SNF experience is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and clinical skills and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer daily pay, competitive pay with potential raises/bonuses, health/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Active LPN license in Missouri (required).
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required).
• 2+ years of SNF experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care in a safe, clean environment.
• Assess and monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Accurately document care, medication administration, and changes in condition.
• Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
• Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
