Job summary

South Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate LPNs for the Evening Shift to provide hands-on nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. The role supports CNAs and collaborates with RNs and physicians to ensure residents receive attentive care.

Evening shifts run 3pm–11pm with 8-hour shifts. Competitive pay based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Strong nursing and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the nursing team.
• Hospital, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
• New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care within your scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Communicate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
