Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:

This LPN role involves direct patient care and supervisory responsibilities for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating care delivery, and ensuring residents' needs are met according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
