Job Description

Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Yardley is hiring a part-time LPN with a $2,500 Sign-on Bonus.

This LPN position involves direct care responsibilities and supervisory duties for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver care within scope of practice, coordinating care delivery to meet residents' needs according to professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Requirements
  • Skills: Ability to read thermometers, charts, testing equipment; must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of clinical experience; gerontological nursing including dementia care preferred.
  • License: Valid and current LPN/LVN state license.
Physical Demands

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods; push and pull objects; lift and carry up to 20 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted); full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation.
