Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Yardley - Part-Time LPN Position

This LPN position involves both direct care duties and supervisory responsibilities for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver quality care, coordinating within their scope of practice, and ensuring residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to read thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in gerontological nursing including dementia care
  • Valid and current LPN/LVN license in the state
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 20 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Full use of gross and fine motor skills for treatments, dressing changes, medication supervision, and documentation
