This LPN position involves both direct care duties and supervisory responsibilities for caregivers. The Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN is responsible for supervising nursing staff to deliver quality care, coordinating within their scope of practice, and ensuring residents' needs are met in accordance with professional standards, physician orders, facility policies, and relevant regulations.
