The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, an active LPN license, and CPR certification. We offer competitive pay ranging from $25 to $33 per hour based on experience, along with a $7,500 signing bonus and various employee benefits.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical

Location: Putnamville Correctional Facility, Greencastle, IN 46135

Type: Full‑time

Pay Rate: $25–$33 per hour, depending on experience

Bonus: $7,500 for joining the team

Shift: 3‑12 hour shifts, day and night (6pm‑am and 6am‑pm)

Responsibilities

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the scope of practice to incarcerated patients, working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, and responding to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
