Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse for the New Castle Correctional Facility in New Castle, Indiana. The role supports holistic nursing care for incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff.

The LPN will work the night shift (6pm-6:30am, three shifts per week, every other weekend) and must have a high school diploma/GED, LPN license, CPR certification, and be able to obtain security clearance. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• LPN license or ability to obtain one required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients within the scope of practice under supervision.
• Collaborate with RNs and medical/psychiatric staff to address a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at New Castle Correctional Facility located in New Castle, Indiana.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shifts
