Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Putnamville Correctional Facility in Greencastle, Indiana. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the guidance of Registered Nurses and medical staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, an active LPN license, and CPR certification. The position offers a pay rate of $25-33/hour based on experience and includes a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.
