Job summary

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Under the Unit Director, the LPN applies nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans, assists in staff orientation and supervision, and participates in daily unit operations per shift, assuming leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring aLICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary:

In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
