Job summary

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in short term rehabilitation and long-term care. The LPN will help develop individualized care plans and support daily unit operations.

Role includes supervising nursing staff per shift and assisting the Unit Director in leadership duties as needed. Requires an approved LPN program graduate and current Georgia license; geriatric care experience preferred.

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is hiring a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary:

In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
