Riverbrook Healthcare in Waycross, GA is hiring a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work in both short term rehabilitation and long term care.

Position Summary: In conjunction with the Unit Director, the LPN utilizes nursing principles to develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of customers. He/she assists in orienting and supervising nursing personnel, attends to daily unit operations by shift, and assumes leadership responsibilities as needed.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
• Licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred.

Position Summary:

In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
