Job summary

Riverbrook Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. The role includes developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, and may involve supervising staff and guiding unit operations.

Candidates must be a graduate of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing program and licensed by the Georgia State Board of Nursing; experience in geriatric or rehabilitative care is preferred.

Riverbrook Healthcare is hiring a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) to work both short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

Position Summary:

In conjunction with the Unit Director, the Licensed Practical Nurse utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. He/she assists in the orientation of and supervision of nursing personnel, attends to the daily operations of the unit on per shift, unit level, and assumes responsibilities of a leadership role as needed.

Requirements:

1. The Licensed Practical Nurse must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing and must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
2. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing
