Job summary

Comfort Creek Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for 7p-7a shifts to support short term rehabilitation and long-term care.

The LPN will develop and implement individualized care plans, assist in supervising staff, and contribute to daily unit operations under the Unit Director.

Applicants must graduate from an approved LPN program and hold an active Georgia license; geriatric or rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing.
Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
Experience preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care per individualized care plans.
Assist in orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
Support daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
