Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio.
  • Minimum of one year of LPN experience.
  • IV Certification required for bedside nursing positions.
  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and medication administration skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care under supervision of a RN.
  • Monitor, assess and document patient observations and clinical information.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and policies.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Maintain infection prevention, patient safety and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide direct and indirect patient care in accordance with the established plan of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

  • Monitor, assess, and accurately document patient observations, measurements, and clinical information

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and organizational policies

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

  • Maintain compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards

  • Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care while promoting a safe clinical environment


Required Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio

  • Minimum of one year of LPN experience

  • IV Certification required for bedside nursing positions

  • Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment

Practice Settings

Multiple openings are available across a variety of care environments, including:

  • Behavioral health and crisis stabilization services

  • Other ambulatory and specialty care locations


Compensation


  • Hourly pay ranging from $23.00 to $33.50, based on experience and assigned position
