Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a responsible Licensed Practical Nurse to review patient charts and ensure records reflect treatment needs. This in-office role offers a stable full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, monitor progress, and maintain accurate EMR documentation to support quality care and reduce hospitalizations.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care or managed care setting preferred.
• Proficient in conducting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Experience with geriatric behavioral health preferred.
• Prolonged sitting and computer work; lifting/moving patients.
