Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home-based care in Moses Lake, WA. The role includes day, overnight, or weekend shifts, with both full-time and part-time options and a pay range of $33-44 per hour depending on case needs.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate home health nursing to patients in their homes.
• Perform ongoing assessments and document patient status using electronic systems.
• Collaborate with clinicians to develop and update care plans.
• Deliver safe, quality nursing care and manage devices (G-tube, Trach, Vent) as needed.

Full and Part time shifts available.

Both Day & Overnight shifts are needed in Moses Lake, WA.

*Pay Range: $33-44/HR (Case Dependent )

We have several opportunities for both part and full-time with weekends included.

All Acuity levels needed including, G-tube, Trach and Vent depending on the case.
