Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking an LPN to join our private duty nursing team in the Kennewick area. The role focuses on compassionate, patient-centered homecare for diverse cases, including pediatric and adult clients. Training and support are available to ensure high-quality outcomes.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, or PRN), with day, night, and weekend shifts to fit your availability. Comprehensive benefits and 24/7 local support are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license.
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component).
• TB skin test (within last 12 months).
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based LPN care for patients in Kennewick and surrounding areas.
• Assist with activities of daily living as directed by care plans and nurses.
• Document patient care and coordinate with supervising clinicians.

Multiple cases located in Kennewick, WA

• Pay Range: $33-46/HR (Depending on Experience and based on specific cases in Kennewick).

Overnight shifts needed

Case specific rates available upon interview*

All Acuity levels needed including, G-tube, Trach and Vent depending on the case.
