Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our growing homecare team in the United States. You will assist with urgent cases and provide patient-focused care across morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• CPR certification current ( Aveanna can assist after hire).
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for urgent homecare cases.
• Follow individualized care plans and document care activities.
• Collaborate with clinicians and care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Support multiple shifts including mornings, nights and weekends as needed.

We are seeking compassionate nurses to join our growing team and assit with urgent cases!

*Base pay Range: $30-34/HR (Depending on Experience and based on specific cases)

Case specific rates available to discuss upon interview

Both Morning, Overnight, and Weekends shifts are needed.

Coverage needed Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm and 10:00pm-6:00am

All Acuity levels needed including, G-tube, Trach and Vent depending on the case.

Pay Rate: $28-32/HR

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
