Southern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Day Shift rotation at the Troup County Jail in Georgia. The role runs 12-hour days from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM on a rotating schedule, including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Georgia or compact license valid for GA.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare environment.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and established protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes in health status, and communicate concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
• Complete nursing assessments, documentation, and other required medical records accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare colleagues and correctional staff to support patient safety and continuity of care.
