Job summary

Southern Health Partners Inc. is launching a brand-new correctional healthcare program at Worth County Jail in Georgia. We seek a licensed LPN to join from day one, delivering compassionate care in a secure environment while helping establish SHP's high standards.

You'll work a 12-hour rotating schedule, provide nursing care, administer treatments, and participate in the creation of a strong culture of patient-centered care at the new facility.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of Georgia.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete patient assessments and document care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the provider.
• Assist with sick calls and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and healthcare team.
